I have been Technical/Customer Service Representative for over 8 years, and I hope to be invited for an interview. My background mostly includes serving as a customer service/technical support associate in an office-based call center for almost 7 years. Most recently, working from home setup, I worked as a Customer Service Support Associate with AMAZON Services Philippines, where my responsibilities included responding to customers via phone and chat using AC3 (platform) with their order checking statuses/refunds and escalation if needed. I am able to meet my targets/ Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by the account. Previously, I worked as Dental Breakdown Agent for EZ Dental, where my responsibilities included gathering a dental patient's eligibility information using a form provided by the office I was assigned through phone or website. I can hit the 48-hour submission target for the patients on my bucket list. I also worked in Customer Service for Kohl’s, where I assisted customer having issue with there orders, process refund, process payment for Kohl’s provided credit card, processing replacement for missing orders/damaged, and as an Email Support Specialist for ResolvedCX, where my responsibilities included supporting patients through Zendesk email and chatting with their billing, plans, disputes, cancelations, refunds via Stripe, and forms/document requests. We also assisted the clinicians with managing their patients and schedules and asking for an update on a patient's request.
