Terms of Service

Welcome to TELEJOBS.PH WEB PORTAL SERVICES. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform provided by TELEJOBS.PH WEB PORTAL SERVICES ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our platform.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Platform Role
TELEJOBS.PH WEB PORTAL SERVICES operates a job listing platform that connects job seekers ("Candidates") with job providers ("Employers"). We do not act as an employer, recruiter, or agent in any hiring or employment relationship, except for job listings directly posted by and for TELEJOBS.PH WEB PORTAL SERVICES itself.
1.2 User Responsibilities
All users must:
- Use the platform in good faith;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Refrain from any illegal, fraudulent, or dishonest behavior;
- Honor agreements made with other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user found in violation of these terms.
1.3 Dispute Resolution
TELEJOBS.PH WEB PORTAL SERVICES is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between Candidates and Employers. Disputes must be resolved directly between the involved users. We may act on credible complaints, including suspending or banning accounts based on our own investigation.
1.4 Fees and Subscriptions
We do not charge commissions on job placements. However, we may offer paid subscription plans or packages for added features (e.g., job posting, application quotas). All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not guarantee job placement or earnings.
1.5 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our sole discretion if a user is found violating these Terms or engaging in harmful or unlawful activity.
1.6 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
2. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR EMPLOYERS
2.1 Job Posting Guidelines
Employers must:
- Provide honest and complete job descriptions;
- Clearly label commission-only or performance-based opportunities;
- Avoid misleading or deceptive listings.
2.2 Posting Access and Fees
- Job posting is currently free;
- Posting limits or paid packages may be introduced later.
2.3 Verification
No verification is currently required for Employer accounts. TELEJOBS.PH WEB PORTAL SERVICES may implement employer verification processes in the future.
2.4 Employer Conduct
Employers must act with integrity. Fake job posts, non-payment, or dishonest activity may result in account suspension or ban.
3. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR CANDIDATES
3.1 Training and Downloads
- Access is available to both free and premium users;
- No guarantees are made regarding quantity, accuracy, support, or success;
- All resources are provided "as-is" and without warranties;
- Users are expected to independently use the materials.
3.2 Job Application Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Job placement;
- Income from jobs;
- Outcome success. All results depend solely on the user's own effort and performance.
3.3 Referral Program
Candidates may refer others and build a team, even from a free account.
To withdraw referral commissions, users must:
- Have an active paid subscription;
- Complete BIR/TIN verification;
- Link a verified payment method;
- Meet any minimum commission threshold;
- Pay any applicable processing fee (displayed during withdrawal request).
Referral commissions are subject to a 7-day holding period. If withdrawal conditions are not met, commissions remain locked for up to two (2) years and will be automatically forfeited thereafter.

3.4 Candidate Conduct
Candidates must:
- Honor all agreements made with Employers;
- Refrain from dishonest behavior.
Reports of misconduct will be investigated and may lead to account suspension or banning.
3.5 Refund Policy
Refunds are limited and only apply when:
- The account has not completed email verification (i.e., has never logged in);
- No downloads or access to premium content has occurred.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind;
- Discontent with the content;
- Lack of job placement or earnings.
Exceptions may be granted for:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent payments (e.g., stolen credit card);
- Proven coercion or illegal sign-up.
All refund decisions are final and made at our discretion.
4. MODIFICATIONS
TELEJOBS.PH WEB PORTAL SERVICES may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
