I recently graduated with a degree in BSIT Food Technology from Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology. During my studies, I developed strong communication skills through group projects. I enjoy interacting with people and solving problems, which aligns well with call center work. I am eager to start my career in customer service, where I can apply my skills and grow professionally. As a fresh graduate, my capability compared to others lies in my strong foundation of essential call center skills, such as active listening, effective communication, empathy, problem-solving, and adaptability. I am eager and quick to learn, which helps me adapt smoothly to new systems and customer scenarios. My positive attitude and patience enable me to handle challenging customers calmly, while my organizational skills help me manage tasks efficiently. I am motivated to deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and resolving issues effectively. My ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure also sets me apart, along with my willingness to continuously improve and contribute positively to the team and company goals.
