I used to be a Supervisor for appointment Setters, Marketing Specialist for Authors in the United States and have an extensive experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, cold-calling, and telemarketing and CRM Management. In addition to excellent customer service and technical support abilities (voice and chat), my banking expertise can be used by any sector (deposit accounts, credit cards, loans, local and international fund transfers, and checks). In Homesourced, I have worked as a direct assistant to a Solar Business Owner for 6 months. There I set appointments, created proposals and designed Solar Systems. I was also a Team Leader for an online Financial Company, a Supervisor for appointment Setters for more than a year and a CRM Manager. I am familiar with most CRM software (GoHighLevel, SalesForce, Hubspot, ZOHO) and for those I'm not familiar with, I can master in an hour or two. I am very technical, so I can confidently say that I can familiarize myself with any software within minutes.
