I am Michelle Osim, 25 years old with an overall BPO experience of 6 years. I have grown from a customer service representative to an operations support or supervisor to a team leader in a Telco Billing, Sales and Technical account. I have good communications skills — both in verbal and written, and my recent role as a team leader fueled up my organizational skills, especially in administrative tasks, managing communications, handling records, client interactions and team management. Despite of no experience, I am open to a Virtual Assistant role as I am highly trainable, detail-oriented, proactive and flexible to work in a variety of environments. I willing to apply the skill set and experiences I acquired from my previous job and to learn more out of this new career path.
