Job Description
Brief:
CC.Talent are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, marketing, and operational support to the CEO and team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently — from organizing communication and content to supporting sales, data management, and administrative operations.

Our client expertise in farming and engineering to develop products that enhance value, safety, and profitability for Australian farms and farm contractors. We provide a variety of aftermarket products for existing agricultural machinery and take pride in designing and manufacturing Alpha Disc seeding equipment
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the CEO’s inbox, ensuring timely follow-ups and prioritization of key messages.
• Provide general administrative support for day-to-day business operations.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and company documents.
• Update and manage data within internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain and regularly update company pricelists to ensure accuracy across systems and client references.
• Support the CEO with scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative
• Assistin preparing and designing advertising or marketing materials.
• Help plan, organize, and maintain content schedules for social media platforms.
• Manage and organize media assets, including photos and videos.
• Coordinate with the CEO on social media postings and marketing campaigns.
• Review and maintain sales schedules and trackers.
• Track invoices and forward them to the Accounting team for processing.
• Update and maintain information in the ERP system to ensure accurate records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Preferably someone with 2-3+ years of prior experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Spaces).
• Experience using data entry tools and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP andBulbMedia is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and social media management is an advantage.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
