Automation Engineer (from Managed Service Provider) - Permanent/Fully Remote

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal automation solutions. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Zapier, Make.com, Rewst, HaloPSA, Xero, and NinjaOne, and will be capable of delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable automation outcomes. Requirements • Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider • Strong experience in automation engineering, workflow development, systems integration, or similar roles • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform • Extensive experience with Zapier, Make.com, and Rewst • Strong working knowledge of HaloPSA, Xero, and NinjaOne • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data mapping between systems • Experience managing data and process integration across multiple business platforms Benefits • Flexible schedule • Opportunities for promotion • Promotion to permanent employee • Work from home
