Business Development Representative

A proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative is seeking to support a US-based company specializing in safety and infrastructure services. The role involves researching leads, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth, with a focus on communication, ownership, and measurable results. This is a 40-hour a week independent contractor position in the Philippines. Requirements • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor. • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Confident on the phone and via virtual meetings. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM (required or strong advantage). • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet goals consistently.
