Campus Worship Pastor

Does your heart beat for ushering others into Gods presence through dynamic worship? Would you get excited about being part of an excellent creative collaborative? Are you a gifted vocalist who also excels at leading a band of talented volunteer musicians and running a rehearsal? As part of the one-church Creative Arts Team, this person will enjoy the collaborative creative process for the weekly worship service design for our campuses. After the planning process is complete, they take that collaborative plan back to their campus, where they serve as the worship leader and shepherd of an amazing team of volunteers serving alongside them in the campus creative arts ministry. This individual must be gifted with excellent musical and technical skills, as they will be instrumental in preparing the hearts of the people to worship each week. Through heartfelt worship, they will also help prepare hearts to receive the teaching of Gods Word. Our ideal candidate for this full-time pastoral position will be proficient at leading worship, leading the band, running rehearsals, and directing the platform team at the campus from rehearsal through the weekend worship services.
