Certification & Assessment Proctor

About the Role We’re seeking a Certification & Assessment Proctor to oversee and administer tool-based exams, graded simulations, and skill certifications within Wing’s training and evaluation programs. This role ensures a fair, consistent, and secure testing environment — upholding the integrity of assessments that determine trainee readiness and qualification for client-facing deployment.Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience in training operations, proctoring, or administrative coordination (preferably in an educational, BPO, or testing environment). • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and professionalism in handling trainees and staff. • Basic technical proficiency in LMS platforms, simulation tools, and productivity software. • High integrity and reliability, with the ability to enforce compliance and fairness consistently. • Willingness to work on-site as needed for exam facilitation or simulation supervision. Preferred Skills • Experience administering online certifications or performance-based assessments. • Familiarity with assessment security protocols and documentation management. • Knowledge of evaluation frameworks or competency-based scoring systems.
