This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable initiating conversations that create sales opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services2. Qualify leads and gather relevant business information3. Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects4. Update call results and notes accurately in CRM5. Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targetsQualifications: • 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer • Strong spoken English and a neutral accent • Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts • Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Solid organizational skills • Excellent time management skills • Able to work on a graveyard shift • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g,. MS Office) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g,.
