Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle management of our accounts receivable, ensuring the timely collection of past-due balances while maintaining professional and positive customer relationships. Requirements • 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based business • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet collection targets • Excellent written communication skills with experience crafting professional, persuasive customer emails • Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate, comprehensive account documentation • Sound judgment in escalating issues appropriately—knowing when to persist and when to elevate • Experience reviewing contracts and resolving billing disputes • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting • Experience with payment processing platforms or billing systems • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information Benefits • Comprehensive HMO coverage • Optical reimbursements • Flexible vacation and sick leaves • Flexible work options (permanent work-from-home setup for those outside Baguio City, hybrid work model for those within Baguio)
