Content Strategist/Creative Lead

About the Role We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker to lead content planning for a fast-growing podcast brand. You will be responsible for analyzing trends, creating content direction, and guiding the editing and social teams to execute the vision. Responsibilities • Plan weekly/monthly content calendars • Identify trends, hooks, and angles for viral short-form content • Coordinate closely with the team to understand goals and messaging • Provide creative direction to editors and social media managers • Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies • Ensure content aligns with the podcast’s voice and vision Qualifications • Experience in content strategy, creative direction, or social media leadership • Strong knowledge of podcast and short-form content ecosystems • Ability to conceptualize high-performing ideas consistently • Great communication and presentation skills • Past experience working with creators, podcasts, or media brands is a plus
