Qualifications • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email service providers (ESPs). • 3+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM platforms, including email testing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promo codes. • Proficiency with Iterable (or similar tools), Slack, G-Suite, and various CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo Engage, Klaviyo, Braze, Pardot, ActiveCampaign). • Intermediate proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Google Sheets, with experience in reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns.
