This role will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, asset integration, and audience targeting. Growth Assistant benefits include: 🏠 Work-from-home setup 🎉 Paid holidays 💼 Health insurance 🏖️ PTO 📚 Training opportunities Core Tasks:• Plan, build, and execute email initiatives to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. • Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking within ESP/CRM tools. • Collaborate with teams on content, design, and segmentation to deliver effective email communications. • Monitor and analyze campaign results to provide insights for optimization. • Support the development of automated flows or lifecycle journeys to improve customer engagement and retention. The Requirements:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing strategy and execution. • Proficiency with ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze). • Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis. • Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills for email template editing and troubleshooting. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
