Full-Time | Remote | Work With a Fast-Growing B2B Campaign Ops Team
Are you an expert in email campaign execution who loves building flawless automations, catching issues before launch, and keeping complex marketing workflows running smoothly?
Our B2B Campaign Operations team is looking for a highly operational CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to support lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

🌟 What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
📧 Campaign Building (60%)
• Build email drip campaigns, flows, and automations inside a leading ESP (Iterable, Braze, or similar).
• Update creative and copy within existing workflows to support A/B tests and performance improvements.
🔍 Quality Assurance (20%)
• QA all campaigns and flows before launch—checking links, audience targeting, segmentation logic, UTM tracking, rendering, compliance, and strategy alignment.
• Ensure accurate technical setup and flawless deliverability across all sends.
📅 Project Management (20%)
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Operations, Brand, and Creative teams.
• Document campaign changes in Figma, manage updates, and notify stakeholders via Slack for approvals and alignment.
• Assist with weekly reporting, pulling metrics from dashboards and organizing insights.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
• 3+ years of advanced experience using CRM/ESP platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, SFMC, HubSpot, etc.)
• End-to-end email marketing operations experience—from build → QA → launch
• 1+ year project-managing marketing campaigns (cross-functional collaboration)
• Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Comfortable using Slack for internal communication
• Highly detail-oriented and operationally strong
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
• Iterable experience — HUGE PLUS
• Tableau (or similar analytics tools)
• Basic HTML or API integration familiarity
• Figma experience for workflow documentation (training available if needed)
• Experience working with delivery or service-based apps (e.g., Grab)
