CSR Bilingual Part Time

About The Beautiful Company Join us at The Beautiful Company, a vibrant event venue and salon, as we seek a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing clientele. We are looking for someone who speaks both English and Spanish fluently and has a passion for customer service in the travel and event industry.Responsibilities • Manage inbound lead forms and acknowledge requests through phone calls and emails. • Coordinate client follow-ups using a checklist within a CRM portal after bookings. • Assist in alleviating scheduling conflicts and maintain overall calendar management. Requirements • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). • At least 25 years old with a preferred background in event planning or banquet hall space. • Experience in using CRM portals and general calendar management tools. Nice to Have • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or event planning sector. • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
