Customer Success Advisor

SiteMinder is looking for a Customer Success Advisor to join their team. The role involves making targeted outbound calls, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and partnering with Customer Success and Sales teams to retain customers. The ideal candidate has experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Inside Sales, and is comfortable with high daily activity targets, CRM tools, and SaaS products.
