This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data challenges, automating workflows, and building reliable integrations that power business insights and efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, consistent documentation, and scalable data processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain data pipelines and integrations into Snowflake, following established architecture and data standards.
• Build and automate data workflows using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, Python, or N8N.
• Integrate data from ERP, HubSpot, logistics, and other business systems to support analytics and reporting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data quality, synchronization, and performance across systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency, transparency, and documentation accuracy.
• Support dashboarding, analytics, and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for small automation or low-code process improvements across departments.
Requirements
Job Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, or process automation.
• Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with ETL / data pipeline tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte).
• Skilled in Python for data transformation and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience integrating ERP or CRM systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, or Dynamics.
• Understanding of data modeling, version control (GitHub), and API integrations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s degree preferred (Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related).
Nice to Have
• Experience with Snowflake or modern data warehouses.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, or other automation tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, dbt, or data-as-code best practices.
• Exposure to data governance and documentation frameworks.
