The role involves accurate input, verification, and basic quality checks of operational and business data, ensuring seamless back-office support for our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities • Enter and update records in internal databases and applications • Verify data accuracy and consistency • Perform basic quality checks before submission • Follow clear data handling and confidentiality standards • Collaborate with team members to clarify missing or incomplete information Required Skills and Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online forms • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently • Good communication in English (written) • Previous experience with data entry or admin tasks (1 to 3 years) More Information • This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week. • The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to but is often a night schedule (US time) and so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important. • We have a company culture that focuses on the well-being of its team members, with a good work life balance and respectful work environment.
