Job Description
Dialer & Marketing Specialist handles outreach, CRM updates, recruiting calls, post-closing surveys, and creates weekly marketing flyers for listings.Key Responsibilities
1. Realtor & Loan Officer Outreach
• Call the Realtor list to schedule weekly appointments with producing Realtors and Loan Officers.
• Use the provided calling script during all outreach.
• Verify Realtors have at least 4 buy-sides in the last 12 months.
• Send confirmation emails to Agents and Loan Officers after appointments are set.
• Build out appointment lists for 3 Loan Originators.
2. Data Entry & CRM Management
• Use the CCM Realtor Lookup Tool to add Realtor contact information: • Name
• Phone
• Email
• Add current production data with dates in the comments section.
• Build and maintain the Recruiting List.
3. Recruiting Outreach
• Focus initial recruiting efforts on Florida counties: • Alachua
• Levy
• Gilchrist
• Columbia
• Suwannee
• Union
• Marion
• Volusia
• Call potential recruits and schedule 7–15 Teams calls per week (7–15 minute conversations).
4. Post-Closing Survey Calls
Perform follow-up surveys twice per month:• 1st–15th
• 16th–31st
Call the following parties for each closed loan:• Listing Agent
• Buyer’s Agent
• Borrower
During calls:• Ask customer-satisfaction questions.
• Request they complete an online review.
• Follow up on referral opportunities.
5. Marketing Support Tasks
• Create weekly marketing flyers as directed by the branch.
• Build marketing flyers in RAC.
• Co-market flyers for homes as directed by the branch.
• Expect the listing list at the close of business each week.
• Eventually, take initiative to identify listings needing flyers without needing direction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Strong communication and phone skills for consistent outbound calling.
• Ability to follow scripts and handle scheduling conversations professionally.
• CRM and data-entry proficiency; accuracy in updating contact info and production details.
• Familiarity with Realtor/loan officer terminology, production metrics, and outreach processes.
• Experience with tools like CCM Realtor Lookup and RAC (or ability to learn quickly).
• Organizational skills to manage lists, schedules, and follow-ups for multiple loan originators.
• Time management to meet weekly call and appointment quotas.
• Customer service skills for post-closing survey calls and review requests.
• Basic marketing design skills to create flyers and co-marketing materials.
• Initiative and attention to detail to identify listings needing marketing support without prompting.
