Key Responsibilities: • Manage and update online product listings and inventory. • Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and returns. • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and marketing teams. • Optimize website and product pages for better visibility and conversion. Requirements • Proven experience managing an online or e-commerce business. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or Amazon. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
