About the Role We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Employer Branding & Candidate Marketing Specialist to grow Wing’s top-of-funnel talent pipeline by elevating our employer brand and driving consistent candidate engagement. This role focuses on brand storytelling, recruitment content, and partnerships with schools, job boards, and referral networks — ensuring that Wing remains visible and attractive to high-quality talent across markets.Qualifications • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment communications. • Strong understanding of social media marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning. • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for candidate audiences. • Experience working with creative tools and analytics platforms (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent). • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments (TA, HR, Ops). • Strong organizational and project management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in BPO, startup, or fast-scaling recruitment environments. • Background in content creation, digital marketing, or community partnerships. • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter). Department: Talent MarketingWork Setup: Remote / HybridCompensation: PHP 30,000–45,000/month (based on experience and performance)
