Full Stack Developer (AI & Automations)We’re looking for a proactive and skilled FullStackDeveloper to support an AI consulting company with the delivery of client automation, AI, and software projects. You’ll join a team of non-technical founders as the technical expert, taking ownership of feasibility reviews, solution design, and high-quality implementation. If you enjoy solving business problems with clean code, scalable automations, and well-structured systems, we’d love to hear from you. • Hours: 20 hours/week • Time Zone: ACDT — 12 PM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday • Start Date: ASAP • Monthly Salary: $700 - $1000 (negotiable, depending on experience) What You’ll Do • Review proposed builds for businesses that have been audited • Assess the feasibility of each proposed solution and provide a scope on the estimated effort, timeline, and requirements. • Build approved solutions such as: • AI chatbots and custom AI agents • CRM data sync and migration tools • Internal dashboards and automation utilities • Implement automations using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the chosen tech stack • Ask clarifying questions early to avoid misalignment • Provide structured updates and communicate blockers quickly Skills & Experience Must-Haves • 3+ years of professional coding experience • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to translate technical explanations for non-technical founders • Experience with Make, n8n, or Zapier • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently Technical Requirements • Strong front-end and back-end development experience • Proficiency with no-code automation tools, such as Make.com, n8n or Zapier • Ability to extend no-code tools with code when limitations arise • Experience building automation workflows, APIs, and custom integrations Preferred Tech Stack • Frontend: Next.js, React, and TypeScript • Backend: .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core, Node.js (used for certain client projects) Nice-to-Haves • Python (especially for AI-related tasks) • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB, or vector DBs • Understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL) • Background working with professional services clients (finance, mortgage, consulting) — not mandatory
