Graphic Designer

Whisper Media is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their creative team, focusing on creating engaging and high-performing static and motion graphics for Facebook and Instagram paid social campaigns. The role involves collaborating with the performance marketing team and adapting brand guidelines while ensuring alignment with client objectives. Requirements • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house eCommerce brand environment. • Proven experience creating paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok preferred). • Strong portfolio showcasing performance media creatives and eCommerce ad design. • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects or similar for motion). • Proficiency with AI image generation tools (Gemini image gen). • Understanding of what drives engagement, CTR, and conversions in paid social advertising. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client deliverables. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client deliverables.
