Graphic Designer & Web Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a creative and technically capable Graphic Designer and Web Developer to support a wide range of digital marketing initiatives. This role combines graphic design with hands-on website updates, landing page development, and email marketing execution. What You Will Do Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, create and update landing pages and website content, design and build email campaigns, produce artwork for paid advertising, and maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing materials. Requirements • 4-7+ years of experience in graphic design, web development, or digital marketing • Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising creatives, landing pages, and web design projects • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or other design software • Experience using Canva for digital content creation • Strong experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites (including building landing pages, updating plugins and menus) • Experience building email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms • Understanding of Google Analytics and basic website tracking principles • Ability to interpret a creative brief and work independently from concept to completion • Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits • Up to AUD 2,400 per month (depending on experience) • Fully remote role with partial overlap with Australian business hours (AEST) • Full-time engagement (40 hours per week) • Opportunity to contribute creative ideas and take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery
