General Details: • Fully remote position. • Working hours (40 hours/week any timezone) • Employment type: Contractor. • Compensation in USD. Key Responsibilities: • Own and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies (organic + paid) • Launch and manage community activation campaigns (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email) • Set up and optimize landing pages, referral programs, and conversion funnels • Coordinate with content production (webinars, courses, microcontent) to fuel campaigns • Lead SEO strategy with external vendors or internal tools • Analyze data, run experiments (A/B testing), and iterate for performance • Implement marketing automation flows (email, retargeting, onboarding) • Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate copy, and build creative assets Core Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation or community-led marketing • Proven experience in EdTech, online learning, or community-based SaaS • Experience running paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; English is a strong plus What's in it for you? • Paid time off. • Paid National Holidays of your country of residence. • Unlimited access to professional educational resources, through our growth partner Pluralsight and English Learning. • Enjoy benefits related to our AWS partnership. • Remote work laptop. • Career path development. • Challenging projects with international clients.
