Head of Video (DTC : UGC, Reels, Testimonials, VSLs)

Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Head of Video / Lead Video Editor to lead post-production for DTC brands, focusing on VSLs, UGC, and influencer content. The role involves building and scaling a highly-performing creative engine using systems to ensure repeatable, scalable, and unstoppable ad creation. Maneuver is a rapidly growing Health & Wellness brand with USD$100M+ in annual sales. Requirements • 5–7 years of experience in video post-production • 2+ years managing a team (ideal in Health & Wellness, Supplements or Beauty) • Strong editorial instincts and understanding of direct response and social storytelling • Expert-level Adobe Premiere + intermediate After Effects • Familiarity with wellness/health product compliance (FTC/FDA) • Performance-aware approach to metrics and conversion rate optimization
