Healthcare Virtual Assistant/ Allied Medical Background

Patient Registration & Intake • Greet patients and caregivers professionally via phone, email, and virtual platforms • Collect accurate patient demographic information, medical history, and contact details Prepare and process patient admission and discharge documentation • Enter patient information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management systems • Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations • Verify patient identity and update existing patient profiles as needed Insurance Verification & Authorization • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services prior to appointments • Obtain pre-authorizations and referrals as required by insurance plans • Communicate patient financial responsibilities including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance • Process insurance information and ensure accurate billing documentation • Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve coverage questions and discrepancies • Stay updated on various insurance plans, policies, and procedures Appointment Scheduling & Coordination • Schedule patient appointments based on provider availability and patient needs • Send appointment reminders and confirmations via phone, email, or SMS • Reschedule and cancel appointments as requested while maintaining optimal provider schedules • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times • Manage appointment waitlists and fill cancellations efficiently Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits: • Additional leave • Company Christmas gift • Health insurance • Opportunities for promotion • Paid training • Pay raise • Promotion to permanent employee • Work from home Application Question(s): • Current/ Last Salary • Expected Salary Work Location: Remote
