High Quality Supervisor (Delegation Specialist VA)

We are seeking a High Quality Supervisor (Delegation Specialist VA) to ensure top-tier performance, consistency, and delegation excellence across assigned assistants and client accounts. This role acts as a bridge between Operations and Enablement, combining quality supervision with advanced delegation strategies to maximize the utilization of assistants and client satisfaction. The role focuses on proactive task management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement within delegated tasks. Requirements • Supervise and mentor a portfolio of high-performing virtual assistants. • Act as a delegation specialist, guiding assistants on priority extraction, communication, and workload management. • Monitor and analyze quality, utilization, and delegation efficiency metrics. • Partner with Customer Success, Training, and Delegation Coaching teams for alignment. • Document performance insights and submit weekly reports. • Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
