We’re looking for a Home-Based Telemarketer to support our U.S.-based client in managing customer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain accurate customer data to help our client’s business grow. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Make 75+ outbound calls per day, as assigned • Service the majority of inbound calls irrespective of campaign type. • Responsible for building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Provide Membership with insightful input/feedback on campaign results.Offer improvement suggestions to scripting, as needed, to ensure a positive member/non-member experience. • Support other departments with specialty programs, campaigns, or data cleanup. • Other duties as assigned. WHAT WE LOOK FOR • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. • Experience: 2-3 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Telemarketingrole. • Language Proficiency:Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Technical Skills: • Proficient in using HubSpot, with at least 1 year of experience. • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal. • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is preferred. • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of customers. • Familiarize yourself with CRM systems and practices.
