Job Description
The HubSpot Platform Expert is a technically focused marketer who blends marketing and sales technology with process, automation, and data governance to deliver client value. Partnering with the Supervisor, Orchestration & Integrations, and Martech Solutions Architects, this role helps design and execute programs such as nurtures, lead scoring, trigger-based communications, segmentation, email campaigns, reporting, and analytics. This data-driven contributor implements and maintains tactical solutions, integrates third-party data, and troubleshoots issues spanning deliverability, duplicates, responsive/accessibility, and integrations. Candidates bring a strong demand gen/marketing ops background, deep HubSpot expertise (Salesforce proficiency preferred), and the ability to lead projects in a tech-enabled environment—leveraging PM, communications, testing, and QA tools while upholding accountability, transparency, and timely collaboration. Requirements • Acts as a trusted advisor to clients by designing and implementing innovative, cost-effective HubSpot Solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices. • Develop, manage and optimize advanced lead scoring models to support the lead lifecycle and customer journey, including backfill requirements • Build data-driven reporting frameworks and provide actionable insights for our clients’ acquisition and engagement programs. • Create, document, and implement scalable business processes and workflows, including comprehensive testing and delivery of client-facing documentation and operational playbooks. • Support the implementation and program execution in marketing and sales platforms, including marketing automation, CRM and ancillary platforms • Delivery on administrative tasks for our client’s marketing and sales technology platforms • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for campaign execution, data governance, CRM hygiene, and database management. • Lead client conversations, ensure projects stay on track, and deliverables meet quality standards. • Staying ahead of the curve on HubSpot features and industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert for our internal teams and clients. • Use a creative and innovative approach to leverage marketing, sales and service technologies for projects such as advanced engagement and nurture programs, lead lifecycle management programs and systems, account-based marketing and sales, end-to-end email preferences centres, microsites, event management, integrating marketing, sales and services systems and data, etc. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical or marketing field • 3-5 years of marketing/demand generation experience • 3+ years of HubSpot experience in an administrative capacity • 2+ years of Salesforce experience (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus) • 1+ years relevant marketing data analysis experience • At a minimum, holds a Hubspot Marketing Hub Software certification; other relevant Hubspot certifications are considered a plus (e.g. Solutions Architecture Foundations, Marketing Hub Implementation, Platform Consulting Certification etc.) Benefits • Monthly Utility Allowance • Personal and Professional Development Funding • Flexible Work Environment • Work From Home • Collaborating with senior marketing professionals with years of experience, pushing the envelope • The freedom to have fun, experiment, explore, and get creative in a supportive environment.
