Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager

Wing is seeking an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage a network of micro and niche creators. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and briefing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to produce authentic and high-performing content to attract qualified leads. This includes campaign delivery, performance reporting, and tracking ROI. Requirements • Identify and recruit micro and nano influencers. • Manage the creator partnership cycle – outreach, negotiation, onboarding, delivery, and performance reporting. • Develop and distribute creative briefs and content guidelines. • Collaborate with Talent Marketing and Employer Branding teams.
