International Client Acquisition Associate (Remote)

Position: Part-time International Client Acquisition Associate (ICAA) Job description: This is remote role for an International Client Associate for Cotton Candy Communications (Advertising agency) based out of Mumbai (India). The associate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities across APAC, MENA, etc., conducting market research, generating leads, & building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include contributing to strategic initiatives and communicating effectively with clients and team members.  Role & core responsibilities:  ·        Promoting Cotton Candy Communications as a premier advertising agency for all creative outsourcing projects for companies. ·        Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. ·        Manage the full cycle of lead generation activities, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects. ·        Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and strategic guidance. ·        Develop compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. ·        Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. ·        Additionally, ability to identify client’s creative requirements and upsell/ cross sell the agency’s services to a wide range of companies across sectors. Preferred candidate profile:  ·        1-2 years’ experience of driving business growth in the advertising world. ·        Strong understanding of the global advertising landscape & market trends. ·        Possess business contacts or the zest to develop the same. ·        Aggressive approach towards achieving targets and delivering growth. ·        Graduation in business administration/ management is preferred. ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·        Exceptional negotiation and client management skills. ·        Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. ·        impeccable knowledge of English. Knowledge of any other European language will be an added advantage. What you need to have: ·        Ability to commit to 3-5 hours of work thrice a week (Mon-Fri) ·        A stable and hi-speed internet connection. ·        A functional laptop. ·        Expertise of MS Office and virtual meeting software’s like Zoom & Google Meets.
