Junior Compliance Lead

eFlexervices is a BPO company looking for a Junior Compliance Lead to support the company's adherence to various regulatory and industry standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR. The role assists in executing the company's overall compliance strategy, preparing for external audits, and guaranteeing that contractual and regulatory obligations are consistently fulfilled. Requirements • Support the compliance strategy and continuous readiness for all required frameworks. • Assist as the Data Protection Officer for GDPR and oversee HIPAA privacy requirements. • Manage and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation. • Coordinate with auditors and ensure all evidence is collected on time. • Support vendor risk management and ensure compliance clauses are in place. • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly. • Assist in cross-department coordination for compliance initiatives. • Report compliance status to executive leadership.
