Junior IT Specialist

eFlexervices is a BPO company with 24 years of legacy, looking for a Junior IT Specialist to empower talent and deliver quality and performance. The role involves providing general IT and desktop support, system access and application support, and asset and endpoint management. Requirements • 2-3 years of professional experience in Information Technology • Strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems and other relevant software • Expertise in managing Cloud applications • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and support experience (connectivity, VPN, printing, etc.) • Familiar with common access/authentication systems and tools (e.g. Okta, Oauth, Azure AD) • Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MS Office, and other commonly used tools • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the desire to stay up to date on the latest technology • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits • Living Our Values • Competitive Compensation • Flexible Work Options • Wellness Matters • Pathways to Success
