Learning & Development Manager

Wing is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to enhance their training ecosystem through live bootcamps, workshops, and learning interventions. The role focuses on bridging structured e-learning with interactive, instructor-led development, ensuring employees receive engaging and scalable learning experiences to drive performance improvement. This includes managing content, overseeing trainers, and analyzing feedback. Requirements • Own and manage the delivery of live bootcamps, training sessions, and upskilling programs. • Supervise trainers or facilitators conducting live sessions. • Collect, analyze, and report on training feedback and post-training performance data. • Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training stakeholders to identify training needs. • Maintain a library of training materials.
