Lifecycle Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of lifecycle and promotional campaigns across email and SMS. This role will partner closely with the retention, analytics, and creative teams to deliver campaigns that are timely, accurate, and aligned with business objectives. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or Virtual Assistant, preferably with exposure to email marketing or CRM tools. • At least 3 years of professional experience in email marketing or CRM. • Strong proficiency with Iterable or a similar ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce, etc.). • Familiarity with customer segmentation, tagging, and journey automation. • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello). • Ability to QA email/SMS sends for copy, design, links, logic, and segmentation. • Understanding of email marketing performance metrics and A/B testing methodology. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs. • Excellent written communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable working independently with clear briefs, as well as in collaborative, cross-functional teams. • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and ask questions. • Available for work between 8 AM and 4 PM EST. • Ability to work remotely with a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
