What You'll Do: • Shipment Tracking and Management: Track and manage shipment levels across multiple locations to ensure timely arrival and departure. • Customs Documentation Coordination: Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments. • Shipment Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements. • Carrier Management: Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements. • Compliance Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies. What You Need: • Expert in Export Documentation & Shipment Processes: Proven ability to prepare, review, and manage all required documentation for international shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • In-depth Knowledge of Incoterms: Strong understanding and practical application of Incoterms in day-to-day operations. • Container & Freight Management: Skilled in managing containerized shipments (FCL/LCL), coordinating with carriers, and monitoring shipment flow to ensure timely delivery. • Customs & Compliance Expertise: Thorough knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, and international trade regulations, with proven ability to prepare and file customs declarations accurately, ensuring all shipments meet compliance standards. • Carrier & Vendor Management: Experienced in handling carrier relationships, including rate negotiations and adherence to service agreements. • Shipment Booking & Tracking: Expertise in booking shipments through carrier websites, as well as overseeing end-to-end shipment movements across multiple locations. • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate in English (C1 level, written and verbal). • Client Management: Experience working directly with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
