You’ll help clients understand workflows, build processes, and connect technical features to real marketing outcomes. What You’ll Do • Leadonboarding programs for new marketing and content teams. • Run training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption. • Create simple guides, resources, and playbooks for ongoing support. • Help teams apply workflows to SEO, content, and inboundmarketing. • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical steps for non-technical users. What We’re Looking For • Background in marketing operations, customer success, or onboarding. • Experience working with marketing teams (SEO, content, inbound). • Strong communication and client-facing skills. • Comfortable teaching and enabling others. • Hands-on with SQL and Python (required).
