FINN Partners is seeking a hands-on, collaborative Designer to join their new business team. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing graphics, illustrations, and decks for new business presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FINN brand standards and will collaborate with a wide range of teams. Requirements • 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role • Advanced knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Google Suite) • Strong portfolio of design work • Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail • Strong layout and design abilities • Strong interpersonal skills • Teamwork ability • Self-motivation and organization • Comfortable working to tight deadlines
