Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Work Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week) | EST Time Zone
Location: Remote
Remote VA PH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth experience for tutors and students. This role involves managing user intake, providing customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks for the President.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve new tutor and student accounts
• Communicate with users via text and email to guide them through setup and onboarding
• Follow up with users to ensure regular tutor-student sessions
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist the President with scheduling, sending calendar invites, invoicing, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all operational processes run efficiently
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Professional email and text etiquette
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Comfortable using Google Voice for communication
