Why Join Us? • Be a core contributor to a high-visibility finance transformation initiative • Work alongside international teams, driving efficiency and system excellence • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for growth and development • Make a real difference by supporting innovation in financial operations What You'll Do: • Act as the technical liaison to Basware, overseeing system implementation and development • Configure and maintain user roles, system settings, and P2P workflows in Basware • Ensure compliance and consistency in P2P processes across countries and regions • Lead implementation efforts, including Country-specific rollouts, Requirements analysis, System configuration, Testing and validation, and End-user training • Cut-over planning and hypercare support • Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement What You Bring: • Solid experience with end-to-end P2P implementation • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and a passion for process optimization • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures • Background in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus
