Paraplanner

Role Overview We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Paraplanner to support financial advisers in delivering compliant, high-quality advice to clients. You will play a key role in ensuring advice is accurately prepared, efficiently implemented, and consistently maintained across client portfolios. What You Will Do Prepare and support the production of Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA). Manage ongoing client review cycles, including preparation and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as Xplan, AdviserLogic, or Midwinter. Why It Might Be a Fit Minimum 3 years of experience in a paraplanning or related role. Strong understanding of Australian financial planning processes and compliance requirements. Experience using CRMs (e.g. Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter, or similar tools).
