• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new processes are practical and scalable.
• Develop detailed SOPs, process maps, and documentation for clarity and consistency.
• Lead change management initiatives and training to support successful adoption.
• Continuously monitor and refine processes to drive ongoing improvement.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all teams.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related role.
• Proven ability to design and implement efficient business processes.
• Strong analytical mindset — you love using data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience in change management or training is a plus.
• [Optional] Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.

• 💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere you want.
• 🚀 High-Impact Work: Help shape the systems that power a fast-scaling tech company.
