Position Summary: The Healthcare Product Manager will lead the development and execution of a portion of the Healthcare vertical within Penn Foster Group’s product portfolio. This role is responsible for building a deep understanding of the healthcare training landscape including learners, employers, and competitors to inform strategic product decisions and drive learner and business success. They will develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, market needs, and learner outcomes. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams across product design, marketing, sales, and operations, this role ensures our programs are competitive, relevant, and impactful. Success in this role is measured by learner retention and satisfaction, program profitability, and graduate employment outcomes. Essential Job Functions: • Lead the strategy, development, and management of a defined portion of the Healthcare vertical within the product portfolio. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends within assigned healthcare disciplines. • Develop and maintain a focused product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy, learner outcomes, and market demand. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven insights, learner feedback, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. • Partner with curriculum, marketing, and sales teams to ensure assigned programs are relevant, well-positioned, and effectively launched. • Monitor key performance metrics including retention, completion, and satisfaction to guide ongoing product decisions. • Support pricing and value proposition development to enhance competitiveness and profitability in assigned program areas. • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Healthcare vertical by sharing insights on learner and employer needs. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within education or healthcare-related industries. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, education, or a related field preferred. • Proven ability to translate market insights and learner needs into clear product strategies and actionable roadmaps. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, define success metrics, and drive data-informed decisions. • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across departments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences. • Experience balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. • Deep curiosity about workforce development, healthcare education, and learner success outcomes. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
