About the role The Product Operations Specialist is a key member of the Product Development Operations team. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimizing product development processes, and ensuring teams have the tools, reports, and knowledge they need to deliver world-class products at scale. You will play a central role in analyzing user behavior, measuring the impact of product changes, streamlining operations, and providing clear, data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders across the organization. What you'll do Process Optimization • Map, analyze, and improve product development workflows. • Identifyinefficiencies and define scalable solutions. • Document and standardize processes across teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Facilitate meetings and communication between Product, Engineering, and other departments. • Ensure alignment on product goals, priorities, and progress. • Serve as the main point of contact for product-related operational matters. Tooling & Infrastructure • Manage andoptimizeexisting tools for product operations. • Provide training and support to product and engineering teams. • Drive adoption of tools to maximize efficiency and consistency. Data Analysis & Reporting • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance. • Build dashboards and recurring reports to track usage and sentiment. • Analyze trends, generate insights, and deliver clear recommendations. • Present findings to product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Knowledge Management • Maintain a central repository of product documentation. • Create training materials and ensure all product information isaccurateand accessible. Communication • Share product updates and operational progress with stakeholders. • Present complex information in a clear, compelling way to both internal and external audiences. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations or related roles. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. • Proficiency in data management, visualization, and storytelling through metrics. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. • High attention to detail and strong logical problem-solving abilities. • Self-starter with ownership of tasks and minimal need for supervision. • Growth-oriented with a strong desire to learn and develop. • Passionate about building world-class products and optimizing processes. • Proficient in agile methodologies, including frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, to drive effective solution delivery. • Scrum Master certification or experience is a plus, but not required.
