Remote Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist Location: Remote (Must work EST hours) Hours: 8:50 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Mondays: Until 6:00 PM EST as needed) The Role in a Nutshell We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Order Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will be the bridge between our customers and our warehouse, ensuring that every order is processed perfectly, every label is printed, and every shipment is documented accurately. This is a remote position, but you will be "remoting in" to our internal systems to keep our daily operations running smoothly during Canadian business hours. Your Daily Responsibilities Precision Order Entry: Remote into our system to accurately input customer orders. Shipping Logistics: Remote print shipping labels and Sales Orders to our facility. The "Triple Check": Auditing sales orders against processed orders to ensure 100% accuracy before items leave the building. Documentation: Generating and printing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other essential shipping paperwork. Customer Support: Handling general customer inquiries via email and phone with a professional and helpful attitude. Workflow Management: Staying synced with the team to ensure all "end-of-day" tasks are completed. Requirements Availability: You must be online and ready to go at 8:50 AM EST sharp. Consistency is key for our morning workflow. Detail Obsession: You are the type of person who finds the one missing digit in a 10-page report. You take pride in "triple-checking." Tech Savvy: Comfortable using remote desktop software and managing print queues across different locations., excel, word, self motived, and problem solver. Communication: Fluent in English with clear professional writing skills. Reliability: A stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment are a must.
