You’ll work directly with leadership and two partner vendors to ensure clean billing, verified schedules, and reliable reporting. This role requires analytical rigor, consistency under time pressure, and a commitment to data integrity that drives real business results. Core Outcomes: • Verify staff schedules, attendance, and billing data for accuracy and completeness each day. • Reconcile anesthesia and chiropractic billing entries, ensuring • Submit validated billing reports to third-party partners on time, every time. • Maintain complete digital audit trails and HIPAA-compliant documentation. • Communicate billing status and exceptions clearly to management. Requirements • 3+ years in medical, dental, or healthcare billing and reconciliation. • Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivot tables). • Operational experience with Microsoft Teams for daily coordination. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI confidentiality. • Authorized to work remotely with full 6:30 AM–3:30 PM PST availability.
