Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand our advertiser pipeline, and strengthen sales enablement across our portfolio. This role will partner closely with marketing & sales leadership to develop and execute innovative marketing programs that attract new prospective advertisers, nurture existing client relationships, and optimize demand for our digital media offerings — including virtual events, webcasts, lead generation programs, and branding campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on marketer — someone who can develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns with precision, analyze results, and continuously optimize programs based on performance insights. Job Details • Work from Home • Monday to Friday, 8 pm – 5 am (Manila time) • Will follow US Holidays Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives designed to generate new advertiser demand and support sales pipeline growth • Identify creative approaches to reach new prospective clients across key technology sectors • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing programs with revenue objectives and advertiser needs • Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to guide marketing strategy Campaign Development & Execution • Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns promoting portfolio of offerings, including Virtual summits, Webcasts, Lead generation programs, Branding and awareness campaigns, Custom marketing initiatives • Develop compelling marketing messaging and creative that resonates with B2B technology advertisers • Execute multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, web, social media, and targeted outreach Sales Enablement • Create marketing materials and sales support tools including: oProspect outreach templates oCampaign sell sheets oMedia kits and presentations oSpecial promotional campaigns • Work with sales to identify high-value prospect segments and develop targeted outreach strategies • Support sales with RFPs, campaign proposals, and strategic client opportunities Performance Analytics & Optimization • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing and campaign analytics • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness • Conduct A/B testing across messaging, creative, targeting, and channels • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance data Content & Marketing Asset Development • Write and edit marketing copy for promotional campaigns • Work with creative teams to develop campaign assets, landing pages, and promotional materials • Maintain and update marketing materials across the portfolio Market & Audience Development • Research and identify new advertiser categories and prospect audiences • Develop targeted marketing programs to reach new advertiser segments • Support list development and audience targeting strategies Qualifications Required • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales marketing, or demand generation • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on campaign execution experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Preferred • Experience in B2B media, publishing, or technology marketing • Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-driven marketing programs • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics • Experience developing marketing materials such as media kits, sales decks, and campaign creative • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is someone who: • Thinks strategically about marketing growth opportunities • Enjoys building and optimizing marketing campaigns • Works effectively with sales teams to drive revenue • Pays close attention to data and performance • Is comfortable testing new ideas and pivoting quickly when something isn’t working
